Overview

Provide proactive leadership and direction for National Church Residences’ Corporate and Field staff as it relates to HUD Occupancy Compliance, Policies and Procedures Guide, Corporate Information Database, Yardi support and HUD contract renewals.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

  • HUD Occupancy Compliance and Leadership
  • Oversight of HUD Management Documents
  • Oversight of HUD Contract Renewal Process
  • Maintenance of the Policy and Procedures Guide (PPG)
  • Yardi Support

 

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Files and maintains electronic records.
  • Sends periodic updates to Supervisor(s) with progress/concerns.

 

EXPECTATIONS

  • Demonstrates and maintains a positive, professional manner, manages time efficiently and effectively, provides leadership as a role model to promote a team approach. Collaborates and participates in policy creation/review and appropriate problem solving methods.

 

  • With respect to Resident Rights, ensures all care is provided with respect and dignity for residents/clients, reports all complaints made by residents/clients and/or families to the appropriate supervisors, reports all allegations of abuse, misappropriation of funds/client property and/or any other corporate and regulatory compliance items immediately.

 

  • Must adhere to all policies, procedures, terms and conditions set forth in the National Church Residences Employee Information Guide (EIG) as well as any department policies including but not limited to corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state, local regulations and laws.

 

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education:       Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.

 

Experience:    5 years of HUD Compliance Experience (Minimum)

 

Mental:           Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English. Must be highly focused and able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.

 

Skills:              Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.

 

Licensure:      None required.
