According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Executive Director/Administrator is accountable for the overall performance of business units as assigned: managing, directing, evaluating, and ensuring the quality and delivery of all services provided in the business unit, overall financial performance and budget, all proper documentation related to facility, residents, staff.
Non-Essential Job Functions
Education: Minimum Associates Degree in relevant field.
Experience: One to two years preferred. Experience in a long term care facility required.
Mental: Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Skills: Must have working knowledge of Window, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet.
Licensure: Activities Certification as required by state compliance.
