According to the prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Food Services Director, the Executive Chef is responsible for planning and organizing the activities of the kitchen to provide quality food, enable efficient service and ensure a sanitary environment.
Education: Culinary degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Experience: Two to four years
Mental: Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
Skills: Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.
