  • Overview

    Under the supervision of the Director of Education and Professional Development oversees and directs the planning, organizing and implementation of education services for Housing and Senior Living within National Church Residences.  

    Responsibilities

     

    • Monitor the implementation of curricula in both live and classroom trainings
    • Responsible for implementing, and/or conducting courses and special projects for internal staff and assisting in the curriculum development process.

     

    • Supervise training classroom practices – room arrangement, training schedules, communications, and attendance to assure adherence to program policies and regulatory standards.

    • Responsible for providing second level training support for the following systems: Vision, Yardi, Enquire

    • Assure that files and documentation are complete, accurate, and confidentially maintained and in accordance with various credentialing agencies (NASW, NAB, ANCC, HUD, etc.).

    • Prepare and maintain documents for all education programs for credentialing purposes as well as student transcripts within the LMS.

    • Provide backup assistance with National Church Residences University helpdesk tickets.

    • Manage and conduct Enterprise-wide Orientation, Yardi and Service Coordination Institute webinars.

    • Assist in maintenance and enrollment of Senior Living policy and procedure documentation.

    • Reconcile invoices and process for allocation.

    • Other administrative or webinar duties as assigned, to include online learning teams for both Housing Management and Service Coordination
    • Requires effective written and oral communication skills to conduct meetings and training sessions, and to prepare reports that are clear, complete, comprehensive, and concise. 

    Qualifications

    Education:  Bachelor's degree;

     

    Experience:  Minimum of 3 years experience in related field 

     

    Skills:  Strong computer skills, experience with Adobe products and Learning Management Systems a plus. 

     

    Ability to assist with maintenance and production of webinars held in the Adobe Acrobat or Brightlife programs.  

     

    Requires effective written and oral communication skills to conduct meetings and training sessions, and to prepare reports that are clear, complete, comprehensive, and concise.

     

    Strong attention to detail.

     

    Travel:  Willingness to travel as needed to support end users in the field.
